Do I have to pay VAT?
  Dependent on your delivery address and the VAT status of the item you are ordering, you may or may not have to pay VAT. This will be calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process. If you have an EU VAT number please enter it when requested during checkout. Upon verification of the VAT number we will exempt your account from VAT on future purchases.
How do I establish VAT or Tax Exempt status?
  How do I establish VAT or tax exempt status for my organization on the HPE Voucher Store?

Process to apply for sales tax exempt status on the HPE Voucher Store:
  1. Please provide proof of your VAT or sales tax exempt status (example) along with the details of your HPE Voucher Store Customer Account. Please provide the following Customer Account details: First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Send information to
  2. Within 5 business days, we will confirm validation of your tax exempt status and update your customer record on the HPE Voucher Store to reflect your status.
  3. You can then purchase products on the store and you will not be charged VAT or sales tax.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. 
I have a question on my charges.
  If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first. To view your orders, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages". Here you can compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Print invoices" to view and print invoices. 
When will my credit card be charged?
  Please allow 1 business day for processing of your credit card and email-arrival of your voucher number and redemption instructions.
